Digital Marketing Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in omnichannel marketing strategy and execution including email and automation, content, SEO and performance analytics. Experience in Hubspot administration or other CRM/CMS platforms preferred. 

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving our digital marketing strategy, including implementing and managing Hubspot as our CRM and marketing communications platform, informing our digital content strategy and managing digital content builds, while working cross functionally to support enterprise initiatives. This position is part of the greater Marketing team, located at our Lehi, UT office. Work may require some travel, and occasional nights and weekends on the job.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HubSpot Administration: Implement HubSpot as the organization’s CRM. Serve as CRM administrator, managing and maintaining HubSpot and other marketing automation tools. Create and manage templates, custom reports, dashboards, and workflows within HubSpot. Train and support team members on best practices and effective use of HubSpot features.
  2. Email Marketing and Automation: Design and implement results-driven email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and optimized. Develop and manage automated email workflows to nurture growth and customer retention. Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for improved open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  1. Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with business goals and target audience needs. Conduct content and SEO audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Maintain brand voice consistency across various digital platforms, including website, landing pages, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and other elements to enhance search visibility. Monitor and report on SEO performance, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  3. Content Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to refine and enhance content strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  4. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product marketing, to ensure content alignment with overall business objectives. Mentor and guide marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Manage relevant contractors as needed. Participating in core planning meetings and contribute to the development of organization and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content strategy, email marketing, SEO, and HubSpot administration.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital content campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of email automation best practices and experience with HubSpot, or similar CRM.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Bright Edge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
